Michael A. Morrisroe

Mr. Morrisroe is Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he leverages the firm’s best thinking and works collaboratively with a team of highly experienced analysts and researchers to manage our Small/Mid Cap portfolio. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Policy and Strategy Committee and the Investment Risk Committee. Previously, he served as an analyst covering the energy and materials sectors for Mid Cap U.S. equities.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Michael worked at Bear Stearns, where he was responsible for covering the building products and the metals and mining sectors. Before that, he worked at Credit Suisse as a financial analyst in the controller’s office and as a consultant and senior accountant at Martin Geller, CPA.

He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Michael earned a B.S. from the University at Albany (SUNY). He is a CFA® charterholder and a CPA.
