Michael A. Marquez

Mr. Marquez is President of Bessemer Trust. He serves on the boards of the Old Westbury Funds, Inc. and Bessemer Investor Services, LLC. In addition, he is a member of the Executive Committee and Leadership Council. Michael has previously served as the firm’s Chief Client Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Southeast Region Head, and Regional Director.

Prior to joining Bessemer in 2009, Michael was Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, advising clients of the private and investment banks. He began his career at PwC.

He serves on the boards of The New York Community Trust and New York Youth Symphony and is a past chapter chair of YPO New York City. He is also the former board chair of The Miami Foundation and the Pérez Art Museum Miami’s Investment Advisory Committee.

Michael earned an M.B.A., with honors, from Columbia Business School and a B.S., magna cum laude, in accounting from Boston College. He is a CPA and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
