
Bradley Elkman
Investment Officer - Real Assets
Mr. Elkman is Vice President and Investment Officer - Real Assets at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he is responsible for the sourcing, research, and management of the firm’s real assets investments.
Prior to joining Bessemer in 2025, Bradley was a vice president at PCCP (Pacific Coast Capital Partners), responsible for residential equity originations with a focus on BFR. Before that, he was an investment professional on the acquisitions and development team at Welltower and a special situations investor at PSAM (P. Schoenfeld Asset Management).
Bradley earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University, where he received the Feldberg Fellowship, an M.A. from The Courtauld Institute of Art, and a B.A. in economics from Yale University.
