Mary Pat Moriarty

Ms. Moriarty is Vice President and Real Estate Asset Manager at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she is responsible for assisting with the asset management of real property investments held in trusts and estates and providing proactive, highly personalized guidance and due diligence assistance on various real estate matters.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Mary Pat was a title insurance producer with Prestige Title Agency. Before that, she was an associate attorney in the real estate group at Foss, San Filippo & Milne and a law clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey.

She is a member of the National Trust Real Estate Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Mary Pat earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School and a B.A. in biology from George Mason University, where she was a member of the women’s track and field team, earning All-American honors. She is a New Jersey licensed attorney.
