Mona D. Elchahal

Ms. Elchahal is Senior Vice President and Senior Client Advisor at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she leads a team responsible for providing clients with proactive, highly personalized advice across Investment Management, Wealth Planning, and Family Office Services.

Prior to joining Bessemer in 2024, Mona was a relationship advisor at Northern Trust in the Wealth Management division. Before that, she worked at the University of Houston Law Center and was an estate planning attorney in Oklahoma City and Austin.

Mona earned an LL.M. in taxation from New York University Law School and a J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the SMU Law Review. She earned a B.S. in economics and a B.A. in history, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Southern Methodist University. She holds law licenses in Oklahoma and Texas.
