Michelle C. Jacobs

Ms. Jacobs is Vice President and Senior National Coordinator of Client Advisory at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she works with the National Director of Client Advisory and the Client Experience Council to develop and implement new programs, tools, and resources across the Client Advisory group, focusing on standardizing best practices, building greater efficiencies across processes, and enhancing the overall client experience. Previously, she served as Family and Next Gen Advisor and co-led the firm’s Next Gen Client Advisory Council and the annual Next Gen Client Workshop.

Prior to joining Bessemer in 2014, Michelle worked as a client administrative analyst at a private investment firm, supporting its client advisory and marketing efforts.

Michelle earned an M.B.A. from Fairfield University, where she was awarded the Graduate Student Award for Academic Achievement in the School of Business. She also earned a B.S., magna cum laude, in business administration with a concentration in economics from Southern Connecticut State University.
