
Lucelly Dueñas
Fiduciary Counsel
Ms. Dueñas is Principal and Fiduciary Counsel at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she is responsible for working with clients and their advisors to develop practical and efficient wealth transfer plans, and for guiding the firm on fiduciary issues.
Prior to joining Bessemer in 2014, Lucelly served as Vice President and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she was responsible for strategic wealth planning for high-net-worth Latin American families. She began her career as an associate at boutique estate planning and probate law firms in Miami, where she advised clients on estate planning and estate and trust administration matters.
She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami.
Lucelly earned an LL.M. in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law, a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, and a B.S. in psychology and a B.A. in criminology from the University of Florida. She is fluent in Spanish.
