Juliana Hadas

Ms. Hadas is Principal and Senior Investment Strategist at Bessemer Trust. In this role, she is responsible for performing in-depth macroeconomic research and financial market analysis as well as delivering customized asset allocation and investment recommendations to clients.

Prior to joining Bessemer in 2026, Juliana was an alternatives investment strategist at Goldman Sachs, responsible for developing private markets investment views and portfolio construction guidance. Before that, she worked at Neuberger Berman as a senior investment strategist, providing thought leadership, tools, and resources to client advisors.

Juliana earned an M.B.A., with distinction, from Harvard Business School and a B.S., summa cum laude, in economics with concentrations in finance and information systems from the Wharton School. She is a CFA® charterholder.
