Jason Blackwell

Mr. Blackwell is Managing Director and Director of Client Investment Solutions at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he focuses on the development and delivery of investment solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients, integrating portfolio strategy with tax, transfer, and charitable planning objectives.

Prior to joining Bessemer in 2026, Jason was Chief Investment Strategist at Focus Partners Wealth, where he was responsible for the firm’s views on asset allocation and portfolio construction. Before that, he worked at Mercer Investments as a senior investment consultant, advising wealth management platforms.

Jason earned a B.A. from the University of Colorado Boulder. He is a CFA® charterholder, a CAIA® charterholder, and a CFP® professional.
