Christopher A. Zimmer

Mr. Zimmer is Managing Director and Director of Client Advisory at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he leads a team responsible for providing clients with proactive, highly personalized advice across Investment Management, Wealth Planning, and Family Office Services. He joined Bessemer in 2006, working in the firm's New York office for more than 12 years before relocating to Palm Beach in 2018.

He has served on the Board of Directors of Exalt Youth, a non-profit focused on inspiring positive and lasting behavioral change in NYC court-involved youth and served as Treasurer and Chair of the organization’s Finance Committee. Chris is a member of the Palm Beach Tax Institute.

Chris earned an M.B.A., summa cum laude, with a concentration in finance and a B.A., summa cum laude, in finance and economics from St. Bonaventure University. He is a CFP® professional, a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor, and a member of the American Bankers Association.
