Michael S. Okun

Mr. Okun is Managing Director and Senior Wealth Advisor at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he leads a team responsible for initiating relationships with clients in the upper Midwest region by understanding their objectives and presenting solutions across the firm’s comprehensive capabilities in Investment Management, Wealth Planning, and Family Office Services. Previously, he served 13 years as Regional Director in the Naples and Chicago offices.

Prior to rejoining Bessemer, Mike was Vice President and Private Wealth Advisor at Goldman Sachs in Palm Beach, where he was a partner on a team that managed assets for wealthy individuals, families, and foundations. Before that, he was an estate planning specialist with Merrill Lynch in Chicago.

He has been an active member of the Penn Football Advisory Board of Directors, where he formerly served as Co-Vice Chairman. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Investment Committee for The American Red Cross of Palm Beach County.

Mike earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a three-sport athlete.
