Mr. Lillis is Managing Director and Senior Wealth Advisor at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he leads a team responsible for initiating relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and presenting solutions across the firm's comprehensive capabilities in Investment Management, Wealth Planning, and Family Office Services.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Scott spent more than 25 years working in private client management at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he held various executive positions, including Market Manager of the Philadelphia office, as well as banking and product development roles.

He serves on the Board of Directors of Leadership Philadelphia, a nonprofit organization that connects the talent of the private sector to the community. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees, as well as the Finance Committee, of the YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School.

Scott earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Bucknell University.
