Philip C. Kalafatis

Mr. Kalafatis is Managing Director and Senior Client Advisor at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he leads a team responsible for providing clients with proactive, highly personalized advice across Investment Management, Wealth Planning, and Family Office Services. Previously, he served as Regional Director of the Palm Beach office and was a member of the firm’s Investment Policy and Strategy Committee. Philip has also held positions in Client Tax and Financial Planning, Estate Planning, and Client Advisory in New York and Palm Beach.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Philip was a senior analyst in the Personal Financial Planning Group at the Bank of New York. Before that, he was a senior tax consultant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

Philip earned an M.B.A. in finance from New York University and a B.S. in accounting from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. He is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Estate Planning Council of New York.
