Mr. Goetschius joined Bessemer Trust in 2012 and is a Principal and Wealth Advisor in Bessemer’s Palm Beach office.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Mr. Goetschius was a Partner of HPM Partners, a firm that advises wealthy families and serves as their outsourced family office. Previously, he was a Managing Director at BNY Mellon Wealth Management where he held senior roles in business development, charitable gift services and relationship management. Mr. Goetschius also served on BNY’s Trust Investment Committee as a Regional Fiduciary Officer. He began his career as a lending officer with Chase Manhattan Bank after completing their management development program.

Mr. Goetschius earned a B.A. in Economics from Saint Lawrence University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Seton Hall University. He is currently a member of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council, Palm Beach Tax Institute, Planned Giving Association of Palm Beach and Estate Planning Council of Northeast Florida.
