Ms. Willson is a Principal and Wealth Advisor based in our New York office. Prior to joining Bessemer in 2007, Ms. Willson was founder and President of Mille Capital Corporation, an investment banking firm that specialized in financial advisory and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Before founding Mille Capital, Ms. Willson was a senior banker at Kidder Peabody working with private equity sponsors on financings and recapitalizations. Prior to that she was an investment manager to Tri Capital Ltd., a Bermuda-based closed end investment company. Ms. Willson spent the early years of her career at Drexel Burnham working on private sponsor-led transactions.

Ms. Willson received a B.A. from Radcliffe College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is a member of the Asia Society and Environmental Entrepreneurs.
