Mr. Wilcox is the president of The Bessemer Group, Incorporated and the Bessemer Trust Companies. He is responsible for Bessemer’s Client Account Management, Business Development, and Marketing groups. In addition, he oversees Bessemer's Wealth Advisory Services group, which includes client tax, real estate, oil and gas, insurance, and private asset advisory services. He is a member of the Management Committee and the Trust Investment Committee, and he is chairman of the Risk Management Committee. Previously, he ran Bessemer’s Western Region as well as offices in Washington, D.C., and Miami, Florida.

In the course of his career, Mr. Wilcox was the founder and CEO of a private equity exchange, a member of the capital markets group at Legg Mason, and practiced corporate law at K & L Gates and Jones Day. He has a B.A. in Economics from Boston University, a J.D. from New England Law and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
